DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between the Seller, whose information is given below, and the customer ("Buyer") who makes purchases electronically through the website [www.poshbeauty.com.tr](http://www.poshbeauty.com.tr), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The buyer's name, surname, address, phone number, email address, and order information consist of the information they declared to the system during the order process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of cosmetic and personal care products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website [www.poshbeauty.com.tr](http://www.poshbeauty.com.tr).

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The purchased product(s) are as stated in the order summary screen and order confirmation email, including:

* Product name,
* Quantity,
* Unit price,
* Total sales price,
* Amount including VAT,
* Shipping cost,
* Payment method.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is made through secure payment methods offered on the website.

Credit card information is not stored by the Seller and is only processed by payment institutions through secure infrastructures.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within **30 (thirty) days** at the latest, depending on stock availability, after payment confirmation is received.

Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered to the courier within 1-3 business days.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to official holidays, natural disasters, transportation obstacles, strikes, war, epidemics, and similar force majeure events.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within **14 (fourteen) days** from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised;

* The product must be unused,
* The packaging must be undamaged,
* The protective seal must not be opened,
* It must be in a resalable condition.

7. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

* Cosmetic products with opened packaging,
* Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons,
* Used personal care products,
* Products damaged by the user.

# 8. RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be delivered to the Seller within the withdrawal period.

After the return inspection is completed, the price of the products found to be suitable will be refunded to the Buyer within the legal period via the payment method used.

In case of products delivered with manufacturing defects or damage, the shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.

9. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the delivered product is found to be defective, the Buyer may exercise their optional rights under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data shared by the buyer is processed solely for the purposes of carrying out order processes, delivery, billing, and fulfilling legal obligations, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

# 11. FORCE MAJEURE

The parties cannot be held liable for the inability to fulfill their contractual obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, strikes, internet infrastructure problems, official authority decisions, and similar events beyond the parties' control.

12. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE

By completing their order through the website [www.poshbeauty.com.tr](http://www.poshbeauty.com.tr), the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.

This agreement shall enter into force upon electronic confirmation of the order.
